Jon Dubbeld is a great attorney who actually has a human touch… i have never had to hire an attorney before, but i was involved in a car accident that was 100% not my fault, and i didnt know what to do… he was instantly responsive to my very first call, and all others after…he helped me get the medical treatments i needed and checked in on ne often to be sure i was okay… he knew what he was doing and got it done… i was lucky and only had minor injuries, but i feel fine now and so glad i had him on my side. Robert Faba1827 days agoIn todays electronic society it is not easy to find a firm that can be professional with expertise that is needed. Jon Dubbeld of Swift Law, PA was referred to me from another attorney and all I can say is he was an excellent choice. He listens, investigates, gets solutions better than I could have imagined. I had a lender I was paying better than as agreed and contracted. They falsely reported me to all three credit bureau’s (without getting into much detail) as late, and unpaid. As you can guess, this adversely impacted my credit and score to a point I was considered bad risk. Not to mention if I try to get a loan or credit card, interest rates where excessive double digits! This is were Jon Dubbeld comes in with a strategic plan to remove this false payment history, and with, compensation for there incompetence. This did take a little time to get everything resolved. He directed me to the steps I need to take and contacted the credit bureaus requesting removal of the fraudulent inquires and collections.
