In the community, Aaron has volunteered as a Big Brother mentor and currently volunteers as a Lunch Pals mentor to a local youth.  He is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, Clearwater Bar Association, and Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association.  Aaron recently graduated from the Leadership St. Petersburg Class of 2016 and serves as a Board Member for ALPHA House of Pinellas County.  Additionally, Aaron is an active member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) and National Consumer Law Center (NCLC). Attorney Jon P. Dubbeld was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, and moved to the St. Petersburg area when he was five years old.  Jon attended the University of South Florida and received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology.  Following his undergraduate studies, Jon attended Florida Coastal School of Law and enrolled in the Sports Law Program.  After receiving his Juris Doctor, Jon began working for the Assistant United States Attorney’s Office in Tampa, Florida.  While there, Jon worked on white collar crime defense.

After leaving the AUSA’s office, Jon decided to shift his professional focus to civil practice and began working for a consumer law firm in Trinity, Florida.  Quickly thereafter, Jon was tasked with heading the consumer law department.  After successfully running the consumer law department for a few years, Jon decided he wanted to be closer to his roots.  He was hired by Berkowitz & Myer in St. Petersburg, Florida, to run the consumer law department.  During his three years at Berkowitz & Myer, Jon ran a successful consumer law department and learned personal injury law from experienced trial attorneys.  Jon gained extensive experience in the personal injury field, not only in pre-litigation matters but also through litigating numerous cases.   In November 2018, Jon decided to join with Attorneys Aaron Swift & Jordan Isringhaus., and the trio formed Swift, Isringhaus & Dubbeld, P.A.  At Swift Law, Jon will focus primarily on personal injury cases such as motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-falls, and he will also continue to litigate consumer law claims related to unlawful debt collection and credit reporting.

On a personal side, Jon is an avid practitioner of mixed martial arts and has been training in different disciplines for over ten years.  Jon enjoys fishing, golfing, going to the beach, and exploring all of the amazing restaurants, breweries, and entertainment that St. Petersburg has to offer.
